OUR STORY
We are a family owned and run business. The owner Bret Davis and wife Meredith both have grown up in and around the Vandalia area. Bret’s background includes 15 years of cooking and customer service experience along with 6 years of Dietary Manager experience working in different long-term care facilities in the area. Bret has developed a love for the restaurant industry as a whole over the years. Everything from the preparation of the food to all of the great conversations and interactions with the customers. Meredith has 14 years experience as a waitress in the Vandalia community. She has also spent the last 9 years working at Van-Far School District. The first four years as a cook in the kitchen and the last 6 years as a Special Education Paraprofessional.
